At the heart of our menu is our smoker. Our Taste of the South BBQ Tray brings together hickory-smoked brisket, pulled pork and smoked sausage with creamy slaw, pickles, BBQ sauce and our signature spice-rub fries.

If you’re seriously hungry, try our 16-hour slow-smoked brisket bun or 14-hour smoked pulled pork bun. There are plenty of dishes made for sharing too, including BBQ brisket nachos, smoked chicken wings, loaded tater tots and our southern-style pimento cheese croquettes.

And yes, we’ve got mac & cheese and jalapeño cheddar cornbread too – because it wouldn’t be southern comfort food without them!

We serve brunch favourites alongside dinner favourites throughout the day, so whether you fancy breakfast or BBQ, you can build your perfect Southern Sunday.

Brunch dishes include Chicken N’ Waffles with Nashville hot chicken tenders, crispy smoked bacon and maple syrup, our Nash Brisket Hash, Lil’ Nashville Breakfast and blueberry buttermilk pancakes.

Planning your visit around dinner? Our kitchen currently closes at 9pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 6pm on Sundays.
