Terms and Conditions: Lil' Nashville's Big Nash Bash Giveaway (the "Competition")
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
1.2 Employees of Lil’ Nashville, CountryLine, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition will run from 14th March 2025 to 31st March 2025 (the "Competition Period"). Entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the competition, participants must fill out an entry form on our website at www.lilnashville.co.uk/big-nash-bash-giveaway .
3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.
3.3 Incomplete, inaccurate, or late entries will not be considered.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize consists of 50 pairs of tickets to one Lil' Nashville's Big Nash Bash events in 2025 (10 pairs of VIP tickets and 40 pairs of standard tickets – please note they will not be valid on our New Years Eve Big Nash Bash event). Each winner will receive one pair of tickets.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.3 Tickets are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions as set by the event organiser and CountryLine.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2 The draw will take place on 1st April 2025, and winners will be notified by email.
5.3 If a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity
6.1 By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity or promotional activity related to the competition, including the use of their name and/or image in connection with the promotion of the event, without additional compensation.
6.2 The winner's name may be announced publicly on our social media channels.
7. Personal Data
7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree that their personal data may be used to administer the competition and to notify them if they win.
7.2 Additionally, participants agree to be added to Lil Nashville's newsletter subscription list and to receive marketing emails, unless they opt out at the time of entry or at any point afterwards.
7.3 Personal data collected will be stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting Lil Nashville directly.
7.4 Personal data may also be shared with CountryLine for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winners.
8. Liability
8.1 Lil Nashville and CountryLine accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or the use of the prize.
8.2 Lil Nashville and CountryLine reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
9. General Terms
9.1 The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Sponsor and Partner
10.1 The competition is sponsored by Lil Nashville registered at 37 Esingdon Drive, Thame, OX9 3DS.
10.2 The competition is in partnership with CountryLine registered at Oury Clark, 10 John St, London, England, WC1N 2E.
