From childhood memories of visiting the US, to countless trips to the vibrant city of Nashville, Helen and Rob’s shared love for country music has always been a constant source of joy and connection.

Inspired by those unforgettable experiences and driven by a passion to bring a little slice of Nashville to the UK, they set out on an exciting journey to create something special: an authentic, feel-good country music bar and restaurant that captures the energy, charm, and spirit of a true Nashville honky tonk but right here in London, UK.

The result? A one-of-a-kind honky tonk bar; a place where live country music, Southern-inspired food, and good old-fashioned hospitality come together for a night out like no other.

A CHANCE ENCOUNTER....

The name Lil' Nashville was born from a chance encounter on one of Helen and Rob’s trips to Music City. While heading to the Grand Ole Opry, they found themselves chatting with a friendly, local Tennessean taxi driver, tossing around ideas for what to call their new concept. Mid-conversation, the driver casually suggested, “Why not go with Lil' Nashville?” and just like that, it clicked.

It was a lightbulb moment! The name captured everything they loved: the charm, the energy, and the down-to-earth spirit of Nashville in a way that felt personal and unforgettable.

That spontaneous suggestion from a Nashville cab ride turned out to be the perfect fit, and that’s how Lil' Nashville Country Bar & Kitchen came to life.

CREATING OUR FOREVER HOME

With their deep love and extensive knowledge of country music, Helen and Rob are passionate about bringing the unmistakable atmosphere of Nashville’s iconic honky-tonk bars to the UK. Their vision goes beyond just music, they aim to recreate the whole experience, from the lively spirit of the crowd to the authentic Southern hospitality that makes Nashville’s music scene so special.

As country music continues to grow in popularity across the UK, Helen and Rob recognised an opportunity to create a welcoming space where both longtime fans and newcomers can come together. Whether you’re a die-hard country enthusiast, someone eager to try line dancing for the first time, or simply curious about experiencing genuine Nashville hospitality and food, Lil’ Nashville offers a vibrant, inclusive environment filled with great live music, friendly faces, and mouthwatering Southern dishes.

Since proudly opening their bar and restaurant in Chiswick, London, Helen and Rob have been thrilled to see their dream come to life as well as supporting up and coming country music artists and live music.

Beyond the venue, they continue to spread the joy of country music by taking their hugely popular, sell-out Big Nash Bash events on the road, bringing a taste of Nashville’s energy and fun to other cities outside of London.
