As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Southern BBQ, leading the team and keeping every service running smoother than Tennessee whiskey. From low-and-slow smoked meats to every plate that leaves the pass, you'll make sure every dish is packed with flavour, consistency and a whole lot of Southern pride.

Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you'll inspire your team, keep food quality sky-high, manage costs and create a kitchen that's as legendary as the live music on stage.
