We’re still riding high after the launch of Lil’ Nashville on 30th January 2025. It’s hard to put into words what that night meant to us, but we’ll give it a go! After years of dreaming, planning, and bringing this idea to life, opening the doors to a packed-out crowd in Chiswick, London was nothing short of surreal.

The vision for Lil’ Nashville started with a shared passion for both of us - country music. We’ve always loved the raw emotion, the storytelling, and the community spirit it brings. After numerous trips to Nashville and visiting plenty of country bars, what we couldn’t find in London was a space that truly captured the heart and soul of the genre, not just the music, but the warmth and the connection. So, we decided to create it ourselves, and on that launch night, it all came together.

The evening began with a beautifully heartfelt set from UK country artist Katie Rigby, who was the perfect artist to open our stage for the very first time. Her voice and songwriting filled the room with warmth and honesty, everything that defines country music at its best.

This was then followed by a very special moment for us; the official ribbon-cutting by none other than the incredible UK country star Kezia Gill. Having Kezia with us to mark the opening was a true honour. She brought her incredible energy, talent, and charm to the stage, and helped us kick things off in unforgettable style! It meant the world to have an artist of her calibre believe in what we’re building here. And as always, her performance lit up the room.

But the music wasn’t the only thing that brought people together, we also surprised everyone with a line dancing lesson, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the night. Watching a room full of people, some seasoned dancers, others stepping in for the very first time, move together in sync (or not at times!), laugh, and fully embrace the spirit of country was exactly what we had hoped for. The energy was infectious, and it was a brilliant way to bring everyone together, boots and all.

It was a full house from start to finish. We were joined by an incredible mix of people, fellow artists, music industry friends, members of the local Chiswick community, and country fans who have been supporting us from day one. The atmosphere was wonderful, with people dancing, singing, laughing, and celebrating together. It genuinely felt like the beginning of something special.

For us, Lil’ Nashville isn’t just a bar and restaurant. It’s our passion. We’ve poured so much of ourselves into creating a honky tonk that feels authentic, not just in its design, but in the way it brings people together. We want this to be a home for country music in London and beyond into the rest of the UK, where artists can take the stage, fans can discover new favourites, and everyone feels welcome with great southern hospitality and food.

We’ve taken care with every detail, from the sound quality and lighting to the décor (even our childhood CD's and concert tickets are locked into our resin tables) and food and drinks menu. We wanted the bar to feel like a little corner of Nashville dropped into Chiswick, not a themed gimmick, but a real celebration of the music and the culture behind it.

Whether you’ve been listening to country your whole life or are just discovering it now, we hope you’ll find something to love at Lil’ Nashville. We’ve got an exciting calendar of events coming up; from live gigs and acoustic showcases to line dancing, our Big Nash Bash events and more. There’s so much to look forward to.

So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. To everyone who joined us on launch night, to the artists who helped us make it unforgettable, and to the many wonderful people behind the scenes who helped bring Lil’ Nashville to life, we’re beyond grateful!

We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors soon.

Rob & Helen
