Gareth Gave Lil’ Nashville an Exclusive Sneak Peek of New Album ‘Halfway Home’

There are few things we love more than an intimate night of live country music at Lil’ Nashville – especially when we get to hear brand-new music before it’s officially released!

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Gareth to the Lil’ Nashville stage for a very special sneak peek performance of his upcoming debut album, Halfway Home, ahead of its release on 2 October 2026.

It was an incredible opportunity for country fans to get up close with one of the genre’s exciting rising artists and hear a taste of what’s to come.

An Exclusive First Listen to Halfway Home

Rather than waiting until October, guests at Lil’ Nashville were treated to an early preview of music from Gareth’s new album in the intimate surroundings of our Chiswick honky-tonk.

Halfway Home marks Gareth’s debut full-length album and features 13 tracks inspired by his journey from Northern Ireland to Nashville and the experience of building a life and career between two places.

The album was recorded in Nashville and explores everything from chasing dreams and new beginnings to missing home and remembering where you came from.

Hearing a sneak peek of the project live made the night even more special.

There’s something completely different about discovering new country music when the artist is standing just a few feet away – and Lil’ Nashville gave fans the opportunity to experience Gareth’s new chapter before the album officially arrives.

From Northern Ireland to Nashville

Gareth’s story feels particularly at home at Lil’ Nashville.

Originally from Northern Ireland, he moved to Nashville in 2025 to pursue his country music career, combining his Irish roots with the sound and storytelling of modern country music.

Since then, it’s been quite the journey. Gareth has performed at the legendary Grand Ole Opry, opened for major country artists and continued building a growing audience on both sides of the Atlantic.

Now, Halfway Home represents the next chapter.

The album explores that feeling of living between two worlds – pursuing an incredible opportunity in Nashville while still having strong ties to home.

Intimate Country Music at Lil’ Nashville

Hosting Gareth for such a special performance was exactly the kind of experience we created Lil’ Nashville for.

Inspired by the honky-tonks of Nashville, we wanted our venue to be somewhere UK country fans could get closer to the music and the artists they love.

Sometimes that means a huge Big Nash Bash party. Sometimes it’s line dancing and live music. And sometimes, it means standing just metres away from an artist as they give you a first taste of a record that hasn’t even been released yet.

Last week was definitely one of those special moments.

Halfway Home Arrives October 2

If Gareth’s Lil’ Nashville performance was anything to go by, there’s plenty for country fans to look forward to when Halfway Home arrives on 2 October.

We loved getting an exclusive sneak peek and having Gareth join us at Lil’ Nashville for such an intimate evening.
